Terms & Standards

Loehr Software Suite — Digital Organizer, Loehr Remodel, Contractor Hub, School Cabinet, Marketing Assistant, Loehr Software, Dime Time, and every assistant that works in them (including DORA and Matt). Last updated November 1, 2026.

These rules apply to everyone — no exceptions

These standards and terms apply to every person using our sites and apps — family, customers, and operators alike. There are no exceptions and no loopholes, because we uphold our name by following every one that is using our sites and apps.

Using any of our sites, apps, or assistants means you agree to these rules and terms. If you do not agree, the software will not start or run anything for you, and access can be removed.

Work created here follows these standards

Anything created with our software — including with DORA or any of our assistants — must follow these standards in order to work. A project or build that is started through a loophole to get around these standards will be frozen when it is found, and the whole project can be destroyed by the owner. That is true above all if the project is meant to harm the owner or her family, to harm or cause trouble for another person, or to incriminate anyone.

Never — for anyone, ever

Our sites, apps, and assistants may never be used to:

Requests like these are refused, and the attempt is recorded for the owner.

How the work flows

Work in our software moves one way: it is reported as needs done, it goes to the right lane for repair, it comes back marked review, and it is only applied after the owner approves it. Our bots, assistants, and helpers cannot launch themselves, destroy anything, add new bots or capabilities, or apply repairs — only the owner can do those things. Family members and operators may edit and preview inside their own lanes; anything that would apply beyond their own space needs the owner’s approval first.

Prices and offers

Prices are only what our own service lists and pages say they are. If a price is not in our catalog, it does not exist — no assistant or page here can invent one. Current offers, including Founding-20, are described on their own pages with their own deadlines.

Privacy

DORA is the owner’s private assistant and is never sold, marketed, or opened to the public. Private family spaces stay private: a family member’s own words and work in their own space belong to them. We do not put photos of the owner’s children in public posts.
