Loehr Software Suite — Digital Organizer, Loehr Remodel, Contractor Hub, School Cabinet, Marketing Assistant, Loehr Software, Dime Time, and the assistants that work in them. Last updated November 1, 2026.
The short version
We collect only what we need to answer you, do the work you asked for, and run the services you sign up for. We do not sell your personal information. We do not put photos of the owner’s children in public posts, and private family spaces stay private.
What we collect, and why
- When you contact us — through a form, the message widget, a call, a text, or an email — we keep your name, your contact details, and what you wrote, so we can answer you and keep track of your request.
- When you use a customer portal or service — we keep the account and project information you give us (for example your jobs, files, and messages) so we can do and deliver the work.
- School Cabinet — a parent or guardian enters their own family’s information, including children’s names and school details, to build and keep their homeschool records. That information belongs to that family and is used only for their own records.
- Payments — payments go through the payment provider you choose (for example Cash App). Your card and bank details are handled by that provider; we do not store card numbers on our sites.
- Basic website analytics — we count page visits and use standard cookies so the sites work and so we can see which pages people actually use. Sign-in sessions use cookies to keep you signed in.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never use our sites or assistants to fabricate evidence, or to falsely associate anyone with crimes or accusations — see our Terms & Standards.
- We never open the owner’s private assistant (DORA) or private family spaces to the public. A family member’s own words and work in their own space belong to them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text Daphne Loehr at 417-360-7303 or email digitalorganizerrefresh@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
