Affiliate Advertising & Responsible Free-Play Disclosure
Updated October 8, 2026 · Dime Time by Ausko LLC
How affiliate partnerships work
Some external partner links may be sponsored or affiliate links. Dime Time may receive a commission when a visitor uses a qualifying link and completes activity that the third-party partner counts under its own rules. Commissions are paid by the operator to the publisher, not by Dime Time players. A click is not proof of a sale, commission or prize.
We place a clear sponsored/affiliate disclosure near each promoted operator link. Our editorial and arcade content must not be read as a promise of winnings, rewards, earnings or availability of any offer.
Separate partner websites and payments
Clicking an affiliate link leaves Dime Time. The third-party operator, not Dime Time, controls its content, eligibility checks, optional purchases, sweepstakes, payment processing, refunds, prize redemption, user accounts and support. Review that operator's current terms, sweepstakes rules, pricing, privacy policy and responsible-play guidance before participating. No purchase is needed to access Dime Time's own arcade games.
Age and geographic restrictions
Dime Time's own site is intended for adults 18+. Some outbound affiliate placements use a stricter 21+ confirmation and state self-selection check. These controls are not identity verification and cannot prove a visitor's physical location. Some states and territories are excluded; eligibility varies by operator, product and current law. If you are underage, ineligible or unsure whether an offer is lawful where you live, do not follow that offer. We do not offer instructions to bypass location checks.
Approved versus pending partner links
We display outbound calls to action only when the publisher account, tracking destination and necessary placement restrictions have been reviewed. Approval of an affiliate account does not guarantee any particular customer offer is still available. Dime Time may suspend or remove a placement if the operator changes its rules or if we cannot confirm requirements.
Responsible entertainment
Casino-style graphics and game outcomes on Dime Time are fictional arcade entertainment. Do not use them as a strategy to earn money or recover losses. Take breaks. Third-party operators provide their own resources and restrictions, which should be checked independently. Do not rely on Dime Time to determine your eligibility for any third-party activity.
Privacy, questions and corrections
See our Privacy Notice and Terms of Use. If you notice a misleading, expired or broken promotion, please contact mrmsloehr@gmail.com (or our secondary contact, Daphne Loehr, at digitalorganizerrefresh@gmail.com / 417-360-7303) so the placement can be reviewed.
This policy is a public information statement, not a certification of legal compliance or a substitute for the third-party operator's rules and advice from qualified counsel.
