Dime Time is an independent adults-only free-play arcade and publisher. It does not ask you to deposit money, buy Dime Tokens, submit a credit card, or create a financial account to play its own games. Third-party operator sites have separate policies and eligibility rules.
Information stored on your device
Free-play score, sound preference, Halloween daily-spin status, an optional demo profile and its four-digit PIN hash may be stored in your browser's local storage. The 18+ entry confirmation and first-party analytics session identifier may be stored in session storage. This optional local demo profile is not a secure online identity or financial account; a shared device can expose or erase it. You can clear site data using your browser controls, which may also erase your local score and profile.
First-party site analytics
Our public-site analytics script communicates with our separate owner-operated Loehr software analytics endpoint. It can record page views, game opens, qualifying interface clicks, partner outbound button interactions and other site actions along with the page path, site name, nonpersonal label, referring domain or campaign/source tags, approximate device class (mobile/tablet/desktop), a randomly generated session ID and event time. The event log is used to check which pages and features visitors use and to help us find service problems. This click measurement is not evidence of an affiliate conversion or a customer purchase.
Server hosting, networking and security systems may separately process your IP address, user-agent, access times and request paths in ordinary technical logs. Although our event payload does not intentionally include your name or email, these technical logs and session identifiers can still be personal information under applicable laws.
Partner advertisements and external links
Affiliate links are identified as sponsored. If you voluntarily visit a third-party operator, its website and privacy policy apply. A nonpersonal source/campaign identifier may accompany the visit so the operator can attribute a referral to Dime Time. We do not intentionally pass your selected state or personal email address as a referral campaign value. A third-party operator may independently collect age, location, identity and payment information under its own terms; Dime Time does not collect these details for the operator.
Age and location prompts
Dime Time's free-play entry is intended for adults 18 and older. A separately labeled outbound affiliate offer may require you to confirm that you are at least 21 and select your U.S. state. The existing partner prompt is a visitor self-declaration, not proof of actual location or eligibility. Final age, residence and offer eligibility are determined by each operator under its current rules.
Contact forms and service providers
Our public Contact / Suggest link opens a separate contact form hosted by the Loehr Owner Suite. If you submit your name, email, phone number or message on that separate form, it will be used to respond to your request. Do not send passwords, ID scans, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or sensitive financial information through general messages. Providers that host our websites, email, storage or analytics may process data to provide those services, subject to applicable contracts.
Retention and choices
Local browser data stays on your device until it expires, is replaced or you clear it. Our owner analytics currently uses a rolling maximum event count, not a fixed time-based deletion schedule. Server/security log retention can vary by service provider. We will review and correct these retention practices as the service evolves. You may request information about or deletion of data that we can identify and lawfully remove by contacting us at mrmsloehr@gmail.com, or our secondary contact Daphne Loehr at digitalorganizerrefresh@gmail.com or 417-360-7303. Depending on the information, we may need to verify that the request is authorized, and legal/security exceptions may apply.
Children and changes
This site and its optional affiliate promotions are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information for someone under 18. We will update this notice if we add new analytics, advertising pixels, public hosted accounts, payment handling or other material data uses, and may provide additional notices or choices where required.
This is the policy for Dime Time's own public arcade. Third-party linked operators and the separately hosted contact service may have their own privacy terms. This notice is intended to describe the current implementation; security, retention and legal compliance must also be verified in production.
